New Laws in New York State for 2019

According to News Sources, there are any number of new Laws relative to New Yor State that may or may not affect you.  The New Laws range from increased Minimum Wage earnings to Cancer Disability Laws, Drug Laws, food containers, Family Leave, bathroom changing tables, tax cuts, Labor Laws, Mental Hygiene, and more.
