In The Fall Ralph Wilson Stadium was invaded by a dozen folks who have no business out on the field. Guys & Gals of the local media tried their best to compete in a physical challenge with the Buffalo Bills' own Sammy Watkins, Freddy Jackson in the kickoff event for the first round of "The Challenge". The Independent Health and Buffalo Bills Health & Wellness Challenge is designed to engage the community in a fun, interactive competition that improves nutrition and fitness habits as well as overall health. Similar to what I do with the Hustle For Health Program.

Simple, everyday changes can make a long-lasting difference, and that is the goal of the Independent Health and Buffalo Bills Health & Wellness Challenge,” said Michael W. The six-week program, running from Monday, April 20th to Sunday, May 31st, is aimed at motivating participants to get healthier by meeting weekly goals and completing daily challenges for points to win prizes including a grand prize trip for to London to see the Bills play Jacksonville on October 25th in London!
The challenge is as easy as 1,2,3
1) Get 20 minutes of physical activity - whether it's a class at the gym or cleaning your house - as long as you're moving it counts!
2) Eat five servings of fruits and vegetables every day.
3) Drink eight glasses of water each day.
