Back Seat Buckle Up Law Coming?

Governor Andrew Cuomo is now proposing what many have wanted for many many years, a law that would require passengers in the back seat of cars to wear a seatbelt, according to News Reports.  The report also states that there are currently 28 States in the Country with 'Back Seat' Belt Laws while, in New York State, the law only applies to those 16 and younger.

Governor Cuomo also wants Seat Belt Laws for kids on School Buses, however, there are surprisingly those that disagree with kids having to wear seat belts on School Buses, claiming it could possibly cause more harm than good.
