Man Who Cut Wife’s Arm Off Arrested in Niagara Falls [VIDEO]

Just like something straight out of a 'Lifetime' episode, a man was arrested in Niagara Falls (caught on camera), suspected of cutting off the arm of his pregnant wife while in Brooklyn, NY., according to News Reports.
