Buffalo Record Breaking Cold Temps Today & Wednesday

I'm from Rochester, NY and you'd think that you and I (if you're reading this and you're in Buffalo) would be used the frigid winter temps we get in Western New York year after year ...by now. The answer, if you were to ask me, is... HELL NO! I actually can't stand it but I deal with it because it comes with the territory.
