Wegmans Sued Over Vanilla Ice Cream?

Americans have found a way to complain and actually take their complaintys to extent of lawsuits for just about anything and everyting these days. So it's not surprising that two customers have figured out how to possibly make some extra cash thanks to Vanilla Ice  Cream specifically sold at Wegmans.

Vice president of media relations for Wegmans Food Markets, Joe Natale offered this statement, according to news reports: 

"We take great pride in the quality of all of our Wegmans Brand products.  We believe that the labeling of our ice cream fully complies with all regulations and industry standards, and is not misleading in any way."
