WBLK Remembers Nelson Mandela (who would have been 100 today)!
Had Nelson Mandela not been born in this day 100 years ago, the entire world probably would have been a different place. As we celebrate what would have been Mr. Mandela's 100th Birthday, we cannot do so with recognizing and remembering his sacrifice for US ... and by US, I mean EVERYONE, not just those freed from the Oppression in African, but also for all individuals of Color across the globe, as well as every other Human Being inhabiting this earth.
Recorded History reveals that Nelson Mandela, symbolic of what many Christians believe Christ did for the Human Race, gave up his freedom and went to prison for 27 years so as to stand up for the rights of African people. Ironically, Mr. Mandela also served as President of South Africa from 1994 -1999, according to Historical Information. WATCH:
