A photo I.D. must be presented by every visitor, for every visit. Each visitation session is one hour and is scheduled on a first-come, first serve basis. There are a limited number of slots available during each session.

Visitors must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled visit. If the visitor has not checked in 15 minutes prior to the scheduled visit, it will be canceled. Underage children are allowed to visit with or without an adult. If visiting without a parent or legal guardian, the child must have written permission in the form of a notarized letter and include a telephone number to reach the adult.

All visitors are to legibly print their name, complete address (no box numbers), time entering the visiting room, and the inmate you are visiting. You are also required to sign the time out in which you leave. If assistance is needed, please ask the officer on duty.

All visitors will go through a metal detector. Any visitor with metal in their body must have a doctor's note saying so.

There are very specific rules about what can be worn or brought into the jail. Details can be found here, as well as the online tool to schedule a visit.
