The ‘Taste of Buffalo’ 2019 Lineup is All Set

The 'Taste of Buffalo' is one of my absolute favorite summertime events as it is for many others who travel from miles away not just to experience the vast variety of food, but the great Buffalo Community atmosphere as well.  If you are a Buffalonian, the event also serves as a means for you to run into friends who it seems you haven't seen forever.

The WIVB News report regarding The Taste of Buffalo says this year's event will open Saturday, July 13 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and close out on Sunday, July 14 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.  The event will physically be along Delaware Ave. from Johnson Park to Niagara Square in downtown Buffalo and food ticket vouchers will go on sale as of June 9 at participating TOPS stores.  The tickets will be sold in $10 and $50 increments so save up now so you can Taste Buffalo. (Food and beverage tickets will be sold as $5 sheets and menus will cost between 1 and 5 tickets.

This year there's also a new $1 Ticket and Matt Testa, 2019 Taste of Buffalo chair, was quoted by WIVB News as saying this about the $1 Ticket:

“With our new $1 tickets, Taste of Buffalo visitors will benefit from the ease of an even exchange on all food and drink.  For budget-conscious families and individuals, this change makes it easy to track how much everything costs, including menu items from our restaurants, food trucks, wineries, beer tents, and non-alcoholic beverage stands.”
