The Annual Buffalo Italian Festival has moved over the years since I've been in Buffalo from Hertel to The Outer Harbor (which many people complained about) but now moves again to the central sight of a Taste of Buffalo, Niagara Square.

Organizers are very excited, according to news reports, Galbani Italian Heritage Festival President Carmen J. Palma.:

“We are very excited to announce that the 2019 Galbani Italian Heritage Festival is moving Back to our Roots in downtown Buffalo where it all began many years ago."

Some history sharted in news reports states that the very first Italian Festival was called Buffalo Italian Lawn Fete, and was held at St. Anthony's RC Church behind Buffalo City Hall.
