The Buffalo Bills had until the end of the month to decide whether they would renew their lease to stay in New Era Field.  Well, according to a News article, Erie County Executive Marc Polencars confirmed that the Bills have decided to remain in Orchard Park until at least 2023.

News article explains that Polencarz requested a 'Good Faith' letter from the Bills' organization signifying the Bills' decision.   Polencarz received a response and subsequently tweeted out the letter received from the Bills (below)

According to the News article, a Buffalo News Reporter, Vic Carucci, asked NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell about the stadium situation and this is what Goodell said,

"We all want the Buffalo Bills to continue to be in Buffalo, to be successful.A stadium that is going to be competitive with other stadiums around the league is going to be important in that context, and I think everyone is committed to that, whether it's a new significant renovation or whether it's a completely new facility in a new location."
