The $80 Wegmans Coupon on Social Media is Fake

This is fake??? I seen this posted onto somebody's FB last night and they where like Ima about to BBQ all weekend long.

Here is the deal, If you see an $80 Wegmans coupon on social media, don't click on it. Wegmans Food Markets says the coupon is a scam involving a fraudulent Facebook post. According to Wegmans website. This is what they said below.

“We’re actively working to have this fraudulent post removed from Facebook. We urge consumers not to click it, share it, or provide any personal information,” Vice President of Media Relations Jo Natale told 7 Eyewitness News.

The Facebook post shows the Wegmans logo claiming that the company is giving away an $80 voucher.The voucher and giveaway is not associated with the Rochester-based grocery chain.
