Offset Pops the Question [The 411 With ADRI V. THE GO GETTA]

So Offset of the Migos and Cardi B. have been a couple for a little while now.  They are no strangers to showing public affection all on their Snapchats and Instagram accounts.  Just the other day they broke up for less than 24 hours, but tonight it looks like Offset asked Cardi for her hand in marriage at Powerhouse in Philadelphia.
