Officer Suspended for Giving Homeless Man a Feces Sandwich

According to News Reports, San Antonio Police Officer Matthew Luckhurst admittedly gave a homeless man a sandwich which he made by using dog feces.  The report goes on to say that the Officer was fired in 2016 but appealed an won the appeal.  He won his appeal based on a weird stipulation regarding the amount of time that went by before the incident was reported.  Seems the sandwich is not the only thing regarding this News Story which is full of ________.
