Niagara Falls 4 Year-Old Student’s Marijuana Was Grandma’s?

Here's a doozy of a story for you.  A Cataract Elementary School 4-year old was discovered to have a half-smoked marijuana cigarette in his backpack but the student's Grandmother is claiming it was hers, according to news sources.  School employees found marijuana as they were helping the student get things out of the student's bag, according to the news.

WATCH:

It's unfortunate that a 4-year-old has to be interviewed by Niagara Falls Police but that's the reality of the situation here.  Also, according to news sources,  the Grandmother may face criminal charges for possession of an illegal substance as well as child endangerment.
