New School Laws Will Impact ‘Back To School’ This Year
There are a few changes which will impact students and parents this school year so let's cut to the chase and show you (according to News Reports).
- No Vaping (including the installation of Halo Devices to detect vape smoke) ... Here's why the devices and a 'No Vaping' policy are taking place:
Dr. Mark Beehler, assistant superintendent for academic services at Salamanca City Schools said this according to reports:
"As soon as it detects a vape we are notified the camera system then identifies that camera which is located outside the restroom and we're immediately recording who comes in and out of that particular restroom."
- Along with the 'NO VAPING' directive, there will be no more non-medical exemptions regarding vaccinations, regardless of religious beliefs as well. The only way a child can be exempt from vaccination is with a doctor's recommendation against it, according to reports
