Tayrin is a corporate sustainability professional, entrepreneur, and advocate dedicated to creating opportunities for others. She is the founder of Latinas Evolving, a platform designed to uplift and support Latina entrepreneurs through storytelling, professional development, networking, and community engagement. What began as a vision to amplify Latina voices has grown into a respected media brand that includes its annual magazine and a variety of experiences that connect, educate, and inspire women in business.

Through Latinas Evolving, Tayrin has created a space where entrepreneurs can share their stories, celebrate their successes, and gain access to resources that help them grow. Tayrin is also the founder of the Tapia Legacy Foundation, an organization focused on expanding access to mentorship, education, and resources for underrepresented communities. The foundation places a special emphasis on supporting Hispanic and Latine entrepreneurs by helping connect them with the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to pursue their goals.
