High School Sophomore Arrested For Hacking School’s System And helping his friends out
I'm telling you these kids born in the 2000’s, the millennium babies are getting crafty.
A student by the name of David Otaro is now facing 14 felonies after hacking his school’s district computer system to change his grades and even hooked it up for at least 10 of his homies!
According to KGO-TV, David admitted he got access to the system after a teacher clicked on a "phishing" email. During a thorough search he was caught by a police dog who found a memory card with evidence of the hack hidden inside of a tissue box.
The only comment David gave about the incident was “It was like stealing candy from a baby.” He also mentioned the reason he did it was to point out the school’s vulnerability!
