Former Congressman Chris Collins is scheduled to serve a 26-month prison term beginning March 17 after being sentenced on January 17 for insider trading, according to a WGRZ News Story.

The Former Congressman is seeking a 5-Week delay before serving his prison term because paperwork won't be processed in time for him to be imprisoned near his Florida home according to the WGRZ news story.
