Could Buffalo ‘SOUL WINGS’ Dethrone ‘Buffalo Wings’ as Buffalo’s New King of the Wings?

There's a new WING in town and it's looking to be the new King of Wings in Buffalo.  Buffalo has always been known for it's famous Buffalo Wings, but now there's a contender for the 'Best Wings' Title in Buffalo... they're called 'Soul Wings' and are being touted as being the 'Key To Our Soul Wings'.

This 'Soul Wings' discovery comes during 'Black Restaurant Week' and can be found at the new location of Buffalo Soul Catering, now located at 454 Pearl Street, directly across from the Pearl Street entrance to Shea's Theater.  The restaurant used to be located on Bailey Ave. but outgrew the location after some well-received exposure at last year's Taste of Buffalo event, according to a Buffalo News / GUSTO news article.
