Special Weather Statement issued February 05 at 6:01AM EST by NWS Buffalo

 ...Patchy Dense Fog This Morning... There will be patchy dense fog across portions of the Niagara Frontier and western Southern Tier this morning. The fog will diminish through the morning hours as a cold front crosses the region. Visibility will be reduced to a half mile at times. Motorists should be prepared for low visibility during the morning commute.

WEATHER ALERT #2:

Flood Warning issued February 05 at 6:55AM EST by NWS Buffalo

 The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a * Flood Warning for... An Ice Jam in... Southern Erie County in western New York... * Until 645 PM EST Tuesday. * At 650 AM EST, local emergency management officials reported Route 5 remained closed in both directions due to flooding from Big Sister Creek in the Town of Evans. Additional ice jams may develop today and result in additional flooding. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hamburg, Evans, Boston, Eden, Springville, Colden, Orchard Park, Angola, North Collins and Derby.
