19 Year-Old Hector Santiago thought no one was watching...but he was mistaken.

This to me is an unfortunate story and I say that because we are not 19 Year-Old Hector Santiago. I stress his age again because I was once 19 and made some poor decisions. I have to say that Hector will more than likely regret his actions and wish he's made better choices by the time he finishes whatever punishment may come his way.

Although a very bad situation, we have to be relieved that we're not reading about another teen homicide.
