Buffalo Pastor Serving as the City’s Youth Development Director, Arrested for Alleged Sexual Misconduct

When all is said and done, regarding this bizarre case involving a 17-year-old boy accusing a local Pastor and Buffalo's Youth Development Director of inappropriately touching, someone should be ashamed.

50 Year-Old Antwan Diggs has been charged with Criminal Sexual Act, Sexual Abuse and Forcible Touching, according to news reports:  Digs is also the Pastor of the Hananiah Lutheran Church on Genessee Street in Buffalo, according to the news.

Mayor Byron Brown said this about the incident involving Antwan Diggs, the City of Buffalo Youth Development Director, according to news reports.  News articles explain that Diggs' role with the City of Buffalo for the past 18 years has been to coordinate the city's community crime prevention initiative.

"I am shocked, if you talk to many people that had worked with him in the community they would say he was hard-working and committed to the community,"

 

No Bail was set for Diggs due to his two prior felony convictions, according to reports.  Erie County District Attorney John Flynn and Buffalo Police Captain Jeff Rinaldo said this regarding the situation:
