Boy Scouts of America Bankruptcy Will Not Affect Local Programs

According to a local news story, the Local Council affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America is a separate entity relative to the Boy Scouts of America's national organization.

Thus, both entities maintain their finances separately as well.  That means the bankruptcy filing, with respect to the national organization, will not affect the local Boy Scouts council.
