Best excuse ever given to get out of a ticket!!!

This is too funny to me!!  Woman claims wind blew cocaine into her purse, yeah that she was driven and the wind was so strong that it blew bags of cocaine into her purse. Man she is off the hook for that one, that has to be one excuses ever. Check the video out below just in case, you don't believe me!
