A New Legal Bill Proposes College Athletes Being Paid

A new Bill has been proposed in California that would make it a Law that College athletes get paid.  This would be a ground shattering development and change college, and even High School sports forever, in my opinion.  I don't think the Bill is proposing the players getting paid by the school, rather it allows athletes to get paid for the use of their name and / or allow them to get paid for endorsement deals, etc.
