1 Billion Dollars Worth Of Cocaine Seized At Philly Port

Man, lately a lot of people have been missing big drops. Now, I'm no drug dealer or anything but I've watched too many tv shows and movies where people miss these important drops and then they end up missing. Now in the shows the amount is around $200,000 or $500,000. I wonder what would happen when 1 billion dollars worth of drugs comes up missing. Thats right 1 billion dollars of Cocaine seized at The Philadelphia Port!

According to NBC 10, Philadelphia agents found the drug shipment concealed inside seven containers on the MSC Gayane, a vessel that previously traveled from Chile, Panama, and the Bahamas. It was scheduled to travel to European ports. Members of the ship's crew have reportedly been arrested and charged with federal drug trafficking.

With this being a street value of 1 Billion Dollars, marking the largest drug seizure in the history of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
