The Hydraulic Hearth BarkHappy Buffalo 'Yappy Hour' for dogs, and their owners, has some really cool festivities planned for you and your 'Best Friend' including (according to buffalorising.com).

A major part of the reason Hydraulic is doing this 'Barkhappy Yappy Hour' is due to the recent decision to make it legal for dogs to allowed on restaurant patios and restaurants with their owners.
