This past football Sunday I wanted to make something different. Seeing as though my Christmas dinner didn't go as planned due to the historic Blizzard here in Buffalo, NY , I still had all the ingredients to make this Seafood Alfredo Stuffed Shells dish and decided why not make it for the Bills game. I'm so happy that I did because it came out even better than I could have imagined! This Seafood Alfredo Stuffed Shells recipe does not skimp on flavor and sauce and is definitely going to be in my list of top 10 favorite dishes.

This recipe makes plenty of filling so don't be afraid to stuff those shells as full as they can go! Check out the video and full recipe below!

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Alfredo Sauce

Sauté both separately in a tablespoon of butter until cooked, once they're both finished combine and set aside. Warm cream cheese and mix with spinach, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley. Stir in meat mixture and mix well.

These measurements are approximate but you can add as little or as much of these ingredients to the top before baking.

  • 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Paprika to liking
  • Fresh Parsley

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 30 minutes. If you want cheese to brown a bit more, Broil on high for the last 5-8 minutes. Enjoy!
