If you were born and raised in the Chicken Wing Capital of the world, Buffalo NY, learning how to make great wings is pretty much a right of passage. There's probably hundreds of flavors you can make your wings but thanks to Rick Ross's many references in his music, Lemon Pepper Wings have become the fan favorite, "Lemon Pepper my wangs! Ughh" (That was a Ross Grunt at the end lol) Now although Buffalo Wings will always reign supreme, if you wondered how to whip up these buttery, tangy, flavored handheld pieces of heaven, you're in luck! Some recipes call for dry wings meaning less saucy and some call for "wet" wings which are more saucy. This recipe will not only yield more saucy or "wet" wings, but it also combines mild flavor with the lemon pepper and it's amazing! You can omit the hot sauce completely however if you'd like straight up lemon pepper wings and use less oil and butter if you want a more dry wing. Check out the video and recipe below and enjoy!
