
POLL: Should Sex Offenders, Parolees, Convicted Felons, and Persons on Parole Be Allowed to Vote?
There's some controversy over Governor Andrew Cuomo's 'conditional pardon' of convicted felons so they can vote. Many are saying Governor Cuomo did it to get more votes while Governor Cuomo defends his decision.

New York State is one of only a few States where convicts have a hard time voting, according to News Reports.

The District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah.
