New York State's debate over whether to legalize marijuana continues as Governor Cuomo is set to share his Legalization Plan possibly this week according to news sources.

Cuomo discussed the topic during his recent State of the State speech and said this, in part, per WGRZ:

"Cannabis legalization has the potential to have a significant economic impact on distressed areas in New York creating thousands of new jobs, spurring billions in economic activity and generating an estimated $300 million in tax revenue when fully implemented."

Not everyone excited about legalizing marijuana, however.
