What is up with this Law such that you cannot buy firearms if you own a Medical Marijuana Card ... but you can use Alcohol and own a gun?  It seems backward.  Without even getting technical with proven facts, I would be willing to bet that the number of shootings under the influence of alcohol far surpass shootings under the influence of marijuana in the U.S.

This whole 'Right To Bear Arms" issue is wishy-washy.  Many believe the amendment protects only the Military's (Military Personel) Right to Bear arms and not individuals.  On the other hand, there are those who believe the 2nd Amendment protects the rights of individuals to own and carry a gun.  This is how the Second Amendment reads:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Despite the debate over whose Right to Bear Arms is protected, there is another relative and definite Law stating that any person with a Medical Marijuana Card cannot buy firearms.
