Marijuana Approved as Substitute for Opioids [POLL] Do You Agree?

Treating Drug Abuse with Drugs?  That's what this boils down to, however, one type of drug, Opiates, has caused death in epidemic proportions while another drug, Marijuana has caused zero deaths.  Opiates are primarily prescribed for chronic pain relief and are extremely addictive cause ing users to overdose and die if not careful.  Marijuana on the other hand is a somewhat safe drug, but ironically Illegal...well...recreationally anyway.  Medical Marijuana is legal now and is presently thought to be a better alternative to treating pain, so NYS has just approved Medical Marijuana to replace Opiates as the prescribed drug to treat chronic pain.
