Mandella’s Market is Questioning: ‘Why No Tim Hortons?”

The controversy is brewing on Buffalo's East Side involving Mandella Market.

Mandella market has been on Ferry Street for years and has recently expanded, opening a store on Broadway. While in the planning stages, the store owner applied to be a Tim Hortons location. According to the owner, Ahmed, everything was adhered to and to make a long story short, the store was approved, according to Ahmed.

Now, after opening and even designing an area to accommodate Tim Hortons, inside of the store, the Powers that be at Tim Hortons apparently changed their minds.
