Man Accidentally Shoots Girlfriend in Walden Galleria Restaurant

A Tonawanda man accidentally shot his girlfriend at the Walden Galleria.

Anthony Ciccarelli's gun went off around 6 pm Thursday (March 5) in Texas De Brazil, according to WIVB. The gun accidentally fired when Ciccarelli reached into his pocket to pay the bill. His girlfriend was shot in her upper leg. Ciccarelli and his girlfriend, who hasn't been named, left the restaurant. They were driving to the hospital, when they pulled into a parking lot on Walden Avenue and Galleria Drive. Police were called by the woman, who was taken to ECMC. Ciccarelli was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.
