Local Non-Profit is Offering College Scholarships
With the school year getting ready to end, a lot of people are thinking about getting ready for summer. Some folks, like graduating high school seniors, maybe thinking about college and how to pay for it.
There are loans and financial aid, but also scholarships are apart of the conversation. To help students pay with costs, the Buffalo Urban League is offering college scholarship awards.
Awards can range from $250 to $4,000 and can be issued as either a one-time payment or as a four-year payment.
We really want to congratulate students on their hard work and taking the time to dedicate themselves to advancing in life and we want to help them with these scholarships because we know how hard it is to pay for vocational school and college.
