A mother and daughter duo and owners on the Park Vue Soul Food Bar and Restaurant, has gotten national attention when they were recently featured on an episode of "Restaurant Impossible". The family-owned business was featured on February 9th on the discovery channel with Chef Robert Irvine. The Park Vue was chosen based on the number of google reviews.

According to thechallengernews.com, the goal of the show is to renovate a restaurant that is facing challenges, they have two days and a $10,000 budget to restore it to profitability and prominence. The mother and daughter team worked really hard and showed complete transparency and ambition to make this business successful in our community. The work and detail that is put into creating a business that is focused on giving customers a great experience and really great food and service, all while trying to stay profitable can be a very tough task in my opinion.

The Park Vue Soul Food Bar and Restaurant is located at 34 Crossman Street off of Genesse Street in Buffalo, they are currently open for dine-in or take-out. One of the many things I love about Buffalo is all the great local businesses in our community and all of the really good places to eat. I can honestly say, whether the employees of the local businesses that I have been to here in our city knew who I was or not, I don't remember having a bad experience in any business or restaurant in our community.
