Grape Street Alleged Shooter of Grandmother & Her 17 Month-Old Grandson Charged with Depraved Indifference

Depraved Indifference...what is it?  In my opinion, it's a very important Legal Charge that should be applied, enforced much more, and come with consequences as great and probably even greater than a premeditated murder charge.

Erie County District Attorney John Flynn explains 'Depraved Indifference' said the “depraved indifference” charge is harder to prove than murder, but he felt the actions of 31-year-old Lemuele Jackson justified it.

“Basically, in layman’s terms, it is an individual who just has a total disregard for the safety and welfare of their fellow human beings and they take an action in total disregard of someone’s safety,” Flynn said (according to Spectrum News).
