Ex DC Mayor Marion Barry Dead at 78 [VIDEO]

Marion Barry's death has saddened District of Columbia residents who are familiar with his efforts and accomplishments as a mayor as well as a staunch Civil Rights Leader.  His legacy includes his having served 4 Terms as Mayor of DC.
