You know the name and you certainly know the voice, Billy Fuccillo, the major car salesperson and dealership owner here in Western New York and all over the country has passed away at the age of 64 earlier this week. He was not only a big name here in Buffalo but across the border as well in Canada. EVERYBODY knows Billy.

As of right now, there are no details about how Billy Fuccillo passed away.

Billy was one of the best at top-of-mind-awareness when it came to marketing his car dealerships. You know what we are talking about. You can't even say the word 'huge' without going 'HUUUUUUGEEEEE' and his commercials with Caroline and himself were catchy and appealing. He has not actually been in any recently new commercials in quite some time; since before 2020. There were some reports that he was in bad health.

Billy actually got his start in Central New York playing football for Syracuse on a full ride (he was 6'3" and 261 lbs.), then starting his first car dealership just south of Watertown. Currently, he owns about 25 dealerships and has nearly 1,500 employees.

It was so ironic, though. Do you how know when you talk about someone and then later in the day you hear about them over and over again? But you haven't heard their name in some time? This morning, on Clay and Company, we were asking each other if we had ever met Billy Fuccoillo because we heard he was a nice guy.

Then of course, ironically, we heard the news.

We are thinking of his friends and family this morning.

Take a look at some of the most Billy Fuccillo commercials throughout the years:

Actually, lets start with some bloopers because they show what kind of guy Billy is.
