According to Page Six, Harvey Weinstein has been transported from Rikers Island to a prison in Wende, which is about a half hours from Buffalo.
Weinstein is now a convicted rapist, known as inmate No. 20B0584. He was sentenced to 23-years in prison for sexual assault crimes.
Weinstein was convicted last month of two felony counts — third-degree rape for a 2013 attack on one-time aspiring actress and hairdresser Jessica Mann and criminal sexual act in the first degree for forcibly performing oral sex on former “Project Runway” production assistant Miriam “Mimi” Haleyi in 2006. ~ Page Six
