Buffalo’s Own Derrick Norman of ‘The Chef’s Tailgate’ Featured on Sunday Night Football
If you have lived in the Buffalo Bills sports world for any amount of time then you have heard of 'The Chef's Tailgate'. Derrick Norman and Richard 'Pooh' Peterson, started with a few of their boys going to the Bills games hanging out with a few hamburgers and sausages on the grill, and some CDs full of music.
The chefs are now synonymous with the Buffalo Bills, Derrick Norman and Richard Peterson have been on many promo's for Bills games and also on the M&T bank commercial for promoting the Buffalo Bills M&T bank card. As we all know, being a Bills fan has had its ups and downs, but as of late, the Buffalo Bills are looking really good and are poised to make a long playoff run this year.
Football fans all over Western New York love the tailgate atmosphere in Orchard Park. Now ''The Chefs" are known all over the world for having one of the biggest tailgate parties in the Buffalo Bills parking lot, even making an appearance on ESPN. Most recently Derrick Norman's face appeared on the Sunday Night Football theme song by Carrie Underwood.
Whenever things get back to normal you can catch the very popular 'Chef's Tailgate' in the RV lot with hundreds of people and a live DJ plus food as far as the eye can see. I have been to and apart of this as a fan and as a DJ. The Buffalo Bills are on the move and so are the Chefs.
