BREAKING: Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown Directs Buffalo Police Commissioner to have BPD Stop Enforcing All Low-Level Marijuana Possession Offenses.

According to WGRZ News, Mayor Byron, during today's State of the City Address,  directed Buffalo Police Officers to:

"cease enforcement of low-level marijuana offenses."

WOW.  According to the News Story, Mayor Brown told WGRZ Reporter, Claudine Ewing, that his administration

 "has been looking at low level marijuana offenses and the possibility of decriminalizing low level marijuana offenses."
