Last night my hometown team represented BIG on THE late night show! In case you missed it, watch Big Sean and DJ Mo Beatz perform "Fire" & "Beware" on Arsenio Hall.

This is not just Big, it's HUGE for a couple of 80's baby's to headline on the Iconic Aresenio show that we all watched as kids.
When I was working on Detroit radio, DJ Mo Beatz was a "Holiday DJ" who only got airtime during the Memorial Day, Labor Day and New Years mixshows. He popularity as a club DJ quickly grew.

I noticed that when I hosted parties he was spinning at, it was definitely on another level!

But soon after, Big Sean went on a world tour and hired Mo as his personal DJ. The rest is history!! The two have traveled to countries I never even heard and performed for millions of fans. And now they are back in the States on the freaking Arsenio Hall Show!!

Comin from Detroit where everybody say "What Up Doe?!" #FIRE Talk about #StartedFromTheBottom now we HERE!!

Watch the performance of "FIRE " above. In the video below he gives props to Arsenio for "being a part of culture" and talks about how he met Kanye West at a Detroit radio station.

The thing I love about his story is that he saw an opportunity to rap for Kanye West and he took it! He didn't say "maybe next time" or get choked up, he spit from the heart and Kanye respected that!

Big Sean also performed the hit single "Beware" off his sophmore LP "Hall of Fame", available online and in stores NOW!
