The U.S. and Canadian Border Patrol Officers are not to be fooled and attempts to do so never turn out in favor of the culprits, as was exemplified this morning as, according to to WIVB News, when 42-year-old Jason Garcia of Toronto told officers that there was no other passenger in his car.

However, when asked to pull over for a Vehicle and Cargo Inspection System (VACIS), the driver, Garcia, headed towards a nearby warehouse where a border patrol officer saw a man, who would be identified as 43-year-old Jose Herrera-Galvaz, citizen and native of Chile, exit the vehicle and walk towards the warehouse entrance.

Both men were detained and must appear before a judge and both face up to six months in jail if convicted.

The Borger Patrol Agents are highly trained and it's very unwise to attempt crossing the U.S. Canadian Border illegally.
