A New Study Done About Single Women In Buffalo May Be Surprising

There are many Landlords in Buffalo and most of them own several different properties. A study was done by LendingTree.com that shows Buffalo is in the top five cities in the country where ladies that are single hold the title for owning more homes than single men. The information gathered was from the U.S Census Bureau, data show that about 12,000 more single women-owned more homes than single men.

Homeownership is on the rise in Buffalo which is a good thing, in my opinion, the fact that more people are buying homes help proves that the Buffalo economy is getting better, and more homeowners settling here, which means that there could be more jobs for contractors and others in the house repair business.

Out of the top 50 cities in the country, Buffalo is number four. The other cities are Tampa, Cleveland, New Orleans, and Miami. Nationally, single women own about 1.6 million more homes than single men. Although it's difficult to pin down the reason why there is such a gender gap between the number of single women homeowners than men according to the study. The study also suggests that women may prioritize the homeownership experience more than men. I think I would have to agree with that, I have female friends that bought their homes before I even thought about owning one.
