A Buffalo Native Helps His Team Reach The NBA Finals
If your favorite team is out of the NBA playoffs, you still have a reason to watch. One thing I know about Buffalo is we love to cheer on anyone from our hometown that is doing well. Jordan Nwora attended The Park School of Buffalo and Amherst High School. Jordan played college basketball for the Louisville Cardinals, he plays internationally with the Nigeria men's national basketball team. He is now a small forward for the Milwaukee Bucks, who are now headed to the NBA finals with their recent win over the Atlanta Hawks.
How Did Jordan Help His Team Reach The Finals?
Jordan played a role defensively as well as contributing on the boards by getting some crucial rebounds. Mr. Nwora averages a modest six points a game, but his gameplay in their win over the Atlanta Hawks makes us proud has Buffalonians to call him our own. The Milwaukee Bucks is a very talented team, in my opinion, but I have to admit, I did not have them picked to go to the NBA finals. I will be one of the people rooting for the Bucks, now that someone who went to school in Buffalo is playing for them.
If you are not familiar with Jordan he wears number 13, and he definitely has a game. The Milwaukee Bucks are taking on the Suns in the finals, I'm looking forward to seeing how this series will play out as well as seeing Jordan get a chance at getting an NBA championship ring.
