74 Year-Old Man Shot Dead By Police In His Home After Coming Home From Open Heart Surgery!!! [NEWS VIDEO]

You go ahead and watch the News Video regarding this Tragedy and see if you get the same picture I get.

What I gather from this story is that  74 Year-Old, JAMES ALLEN ( an ARMY VETERAN), came home from having Open Heart Surgery and a Friend or Family Member called the Police to check on the gentleman because he was not responding to efforts to try to reach him in his home.... the Police BREAK-IN to check on him and they find Mr. Allen holding a Gun (HELLLOOOO....someone is BREAKING IN!!!!...I'd do the same thing)... well based on the gentleman having a gun in hand and refusing to drop it per Police request, an Officer shoots and KILLS the Man....
