You’re Invited to Attend a ‘Celebrating Diversity’ Event this Saturday
East Community High School is hosting a 'Celebrating Diversity' event this Saturday (January 11). Get the details!
The 'Celebrating Diversity' event will be held this Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm. There will be a workshop - Self Portrait/Do You Know Who You Really Are? - facilitated by Best Self. In addition, there will be a variety of activities, including Jump 4 Confidence, urban ballroom dancing, a mini-book creating workshop, beginner swim/aqua fit classes, a SPCA veterinarian program, and Total Package Sports, Inc. Basketball Clinic and restorative circles. If you participate in the swim classes you will need to bring your own towels, swim shoes, and a lock for the storage area. Classes are limited, so get there early, before sessions fill up!
FEEDMORE of WNY's Mobile Food Pantry and Wegmans Bread Pantry will be on-site and available to help families in need. Both pantries are free and available to any community resident 18 and older. Please bring your own bags for the food pantry.
